Qualifications

• Electrical, mechanical, or multi-craft skills or certifications.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in manufacturing – skilled trade preferred.
• Strong leadership to plan, organize and run projects.
• Proven ability to lead and work in a team.
• Basic understanding of business and production needs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Plex, and Autodesk Vault.
• Analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Planning and organization to handle multiple tasks and meet production demands.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of safety, OSHA, and ANSI compliance.
• Knowledge of Stores Systems, procedures and practices.
• Knowledge of Predictive/Preventative Maintenance systems and practices.
• Advanced understanding of production processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production machines (robots, presses, automation) and related equipment.
• Identify vendors and order parts for repairs.
• Read blueprints, drawings, schematics.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and robots.
• Lead and train Production/Process Technicians for minor maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and update PM procedures.
• Communicate effectively with all staff to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and systems.
