Job summary

Qualifications

Strong ability to use independent judgment in determining work processes.
Basic electrical/electronics, hydraulic/pneumatics, individual components, system and control configurations knowledge.
Basic mechanical knowledge, welding, plumbing, and machining.
Design and layout electrical distribution systems for equipment installation.
Design and layout plumbing systems for equipment installation.
Troubleshoot all equipment and perform repairs to factory technology level.
High school diploma or GED required.
Knowledge of arithmetic; basic oral and written communication.
Comply with EH&S rules and procedures.
Computer skills – use of CMM, PLC/OPI, Office software.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and painting.
Run and assist with setup adjustments and equipment modifications as needed.
Provide assistance to Production Supervisor and train associates on new or modified equipment.
Perform electrical, mechanical, and welding repairs as required.
Troubleshoot and repair air compressors and vision/fiber optic systems.
Document maintenance work and follow supervisor instructions.
