Job summary

PSC Industries, a leader in the die cutting industry, seeks a Maintenance Specialist to keep facilities operational. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, ensure safety, and contribute to continuous improvement by reducing downtime.

You will stay current on OSHA regulations and safety trends. The role requires basic carpentry, plumbing, welding, HVAC and electrical skills, plus the ability to read maintenance instructions and work with a range of power

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in a production/maintenance role.
• Able to read safety rules, instructions and manuals.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing machines and equipment.
• Skilled with power tools and a range of maintenance competencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair or replace equipment as needed.
• Perform basic plumbing, mechanical and electrical work.
• Conduct building repair and coordinate parts and tools.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with production to resolve equipment downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
