Job summary

Louisiana Fish Fry Products is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our production equipment and facility systems. In this hands-on role, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, complete repairs and changeovers, and respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

Experience in industrial maintenance and production environments.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Safe use of maintenance, diagnostic, and measuring tools.
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns.
Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment and facility systems.
Support changeovers, installations, start-ups, and continuous improvement projects.
Read and interpret work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment specs.
Document maintenance work and parts usage in the CMMS.
Partner with Operations to minimize downtime.
