Job summary

Monogram-Food-Solutions in Kentucky is seeking a Maintenance Technician I responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of production, warehouse, refrigeration, and wastewater equipment. You will read blueprints and electrical schematics, diagnose malfunctions, and perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs to minimize downtime.

Willingness to work evenings and weekends as production requires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years of electrical/PLC troubleshooting experience.
• At least 2 years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Industrial maintenance certification from an accredited institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repairs on facility equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in machinery across manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, electrical schematics, and work orders accurately.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
