Job summary

Decked LLC in Defiance, Ohio seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain and optimize facilities, production machinery, and automated equipment. This role requires reading electrical schematics, troubleshooting PLCs, and implementing predictive and preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing maintenance, proficiency with 480V 3-phase power, and hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley/Siemens controls and robotics.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechatronics or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in machine and facilities maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient reading of electrical schematics and ladder logic; strong knowledge of 480V 3-phase power and safety interlocks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and electrical circuits to minimize downtime.
• Interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, mechanical drawings, and manuals during maintenance and teardown.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery, automation cells, and facility systems.
