Job summary
Accelera in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with 5 years' experience in manufacturing environments, preferably with Bekum machinery. You will perform preventative maintenance on plastic blow molding equipment and troubleshoot PLC, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and robotic systems.
You will read blueprints and repair manuals, install and repair robotic and transformer components, coordinate with suppliers for spare parts, and participate in regular EHS safety
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial manufacturing experience.
- Experience with Bekum machinery.
- Strong PLC troubleshooting and electrical/electronic expertise.
- Experience in food & beverage production environments.
- Proficient in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, repair manuals and schematics.
- Able to install/maintain robots and transformers.
Responsibilities
- Execute preventative maintenance on plastic blow molding equipment.
- Identify and resolve minor equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Handle installation, assembly, repair of electronic components and machinery systems.
- Coordinate with external suppliers to secure spare parts.
- Support the team in conducting regular EHS safety audits on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Leverage experience as a machine operator to ensure efficient production.
