Job summary
Continental Carbonic Products in Texas is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep production equipment in safe, optimal condition and to support productivity and quality across the plant. The role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include installation/testing of new equipment, equipment changeovers, and ensuring accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- A 2-year technical degree or related certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environments.
- Experience with hydraulics, screw compressors, mechanics, electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain production equipment in safe, optimal condition to protect employees and visitors.
- Conduct continuous monitoring of production and process equipment for proper operation.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair from blueprints/manuals.
- Assist with installation, testing, and validation of new equipment.
- Follow Process Safety Management procedures and maintain records.
