Job summary

6 Degrees Search is hiring Maintenance Technicians for an advanced manufacturing facility in Smyrna, TN. These roles cover multiple shifts and support automated manufacturing equipment.

Ideal candidates will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, perform preventive maintenance, read schematics, and document work orders using CMMS systems.

Night or weekend shifts may be required; a strong background in industrial maintenance and PLC/electrical troubleshooting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong PLC and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Experience using CMMS or computerized work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls issues.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS systems.
• Follow all safety procedures and support a safe, team oriented work environment.
