Ideal candidates will understand process operations, safety protocols, and troubleshooting production equipment. You will operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal efficiency while adhering to safety standards and quality regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or higher in a relevant field.
• Forty-hour workweek with overtime as required.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and stand for 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled production activities and coordinate workflow.
• Load and unload raw materials into machines with correct quantities.
• Set up, adjust, and inspect equipment for proper operation.
• Monitor machinery to ensure safety and performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance to troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Maintain operational records and production performance reports.
• Train new operators and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Collaborate with team to improve efficiency and processes.
