Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical systems preferred.
• Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician.
• Knowledge of PLC systems, control systems, and industrial automation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.

Responsabilités

• Preventive Maintenance: routine maintenance on motors, drives, conveyors, and pneumatic tools.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Inspections and Diagnostics: inspect for wear and run diagnostic tests.
• Equipment Installation: install and dismantle machinery per layouts and blueprints.
• Component Replacement: replace motors, gearboxes, bearings, and electrical units; fabricate parts as needed.
• Record Keeping: maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and parts replaced.
• Safety Compliance: adhere to OSHA standards and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Team Collaboration: coordinate maintenance with production teams and provide updates.
• Continuous Improvement: participate in initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency.
