Qualifications

• 2-4 years of industrial maintenance in manufacturing, production, or heavy industry.
• 1. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• 2. Proficient in troubleshooting PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• 3. Welding, fabrication, and machining experience is a plus.
• 4. Able to lift heavy equipment and work in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, conveyors, pumps, motors, and production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-based equipment to minimize downtime.
• Interpret and apply mechanical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Install and test new machinery, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Partner with engineering, production, and safety teams for continuous improvement.
• Track equipment performance and propose upgrades or replacements as needed.
• Follow OSHA regulations and uphold safety procedures.
