Responsibilities include repairing equipment, reading schematics, supporting preventive maintenance, and following safety policies. The position requires hands-on experience with hydraulics, welding, and basic electrical troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance with technical certification or 3+ years with a high school diploma.
• Hands-on hydraulics, plumbing, welding, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with industrial control systems, including PLCs.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to read equipment schematics and service manuals.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues involving bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and drives.
• Plan, install, and layout mechanical devices in accordance with codes.
• Fabricate simple structures using welding or bolting per prints.
• Read and interpret equipment schematics and manuals.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow plant safety policies including LOTO and Confined Space rules.
