Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience with a technical certification or 3+ years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulics, plumbing, welding, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience working with industrial control systems, including PLCs.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment schematics and service manuals.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues involving bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and related components.
• Plan, layout, and install mechanical devices and systems in compliance with codes.
• Fabricate simple structures using welding or bolting from prints/diagrams.
• Read and interpret equipment schematics and service manuals.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
