Job summary
Titus Talent Solutions is seeking a plant maintenance technician to perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, packaging equipment, and other plant machinery. The role includes troubleshooting complex failures, applying root cause analysis, and using thermographic and vibration tools to prevent downtime.
The candidate will read schematics/blueprints, lift up to 50 pounds, and follow Lock Out TagOut safety practices.
Qualifications
- Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
- Maintenance of plant equipment including conveyors, packaging equipment, slicers, pumps, loaders, and injectors.
- Familiar with safety regulations and Lock Out TagOut procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment on a daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual basis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment failures; take corrective action using root cause analysis.
- Use thermographic and vibration analysis to predict and prevent failures.
- Repair, modify and rebuild complex operating equipment; read schematics/blueprints during troubleshooting.
- Complete required forms; lift up to 50 pounds regularly; work within safety protocols.
- Work with electrical knowledge and PLC/controls; basic TIG welding experience.
