Job summary

Ace Precision Inc in Wisconsin is seeking an Industrial Machine Repair & Preventive Maintenance Technician to keep CNC machines, PLC controllers, robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics running at peak performance.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance, interpret manuals and drawings, disassemble and reassemble equipment, and support facility systems while promoting safety and quality in a fast paced aerospace and defense oriented environment.

Qualifications

Two-year technical degree with five years of related experience, or equivalent.
Ability to interpret manuals, diagrams, and specifications.
Skilled in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Basic math, initiative, and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform general and preventive maintenance on shop equipment, including troubleshooting and repairs.
Interpret manuals, drawings, and specifications to solve problems and guide repair procedures.
Disassemble, repair, replace parts, and reassemble equipment; perform basic fabrication and assembly.
Maintain facility systems such as heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical.
Handle wiring, piping, and basic electrical repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
Support equipment relocation, installation, and requisitioning of parts or supplies.
Safely manage hazardous materials and follow lockout/tagout procedures.
