Job summary

Pregis LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will support safe, efficient operations and minimize downtime while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with industrial equipment, and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
Experience with PLC systems, electrical controls, motors, drives, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production, packaging, and processing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and drive systems.
Read electrical schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, service documentation, and work orders.
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and work orders in CMMS.
Communicate equipment issues, downtime concerns, and repair updates with production teams and leadership.
