Job summary
The Mars Snacking team in Hackettstown, NJ is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair equipment in a high-production environment. You will troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, and support packaging equipment with proactive maintenance.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 4+ years’ industrial maintenance experience.
- Ability to read electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics or mechanical drawings.
- Willingness to develop technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, AC/DC electrical, and automation systems.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on process and packaging equipment.
- Support operations with equipment setup, changeover, and operator training.
- Document work orders in SAP-PPM Plant Maintenance.
- Adhere to LOTO, confined space, GMP, and safety requirements.
- Engage in TPM concepts and train other technicians.
