Mars Snacking in Hackettstown, NJ is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the Day Shift. You will maintain and repair equipment in a high-production environment, ensuring reliability of process and packaging lines.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years in industrial maintenance, with knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics. Willingness to develop technical skills and the ability to lift and work safely are essential.

Formación

• 4+ years' industrial maintenance experience.
• Understanding of Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic Schematics and/or Mechanical Drawings
• Willingness to develop technical skills

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot Pneumatic, Basic Hydraulic, AC/DC Electrical Systems, Automation (PLC and Instrumentation), Machining, and Mechanical Systems on Process and Packaging Equipment.
• Perform routine electrical and mechanical problem-solving on process & packaging equipment.
• Conduct Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) on Process & Packaging Equipment.
• Support Operations in equipment setup, changeover, and training of operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities.
• Document Work Orders (WO) using Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP-PPM Plant Maintenance).
• Engage in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Theory and Concepts, participate in Pillar Teams, and train fellow Technicians/Operators in AM activities, including conducting Breakdown Analysis (BDA's).
• Adhere to Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) Procedures, Confined Space Procedures, and all other Plant Safety/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.
