Talent Edge Recruiting in St. Louis is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for a well-established manufacturing company. The role covers all three shifts onsite and centers on electrical, mechanical, and controls experience to keep production running.

You will diagnose PLCs, read schematics, repair equipment, and support CNC, welding, and panel wiring. Associates with relevant tech education preferred; 5+ years possible without degree. Overtime weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with PLCs, ladder logic, controls, and industrial automation.
• Associate degree or technical education preferred; 5+ years with no degree considered.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial production equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-system issues.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs and ladder logic.
• Work with Allen-Bradley controls, sensors, servos, relays, switches, and other automation components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and circuit drawings.
• Troubleshoot PC-based controls, networks, I/O, and operating systems.
• Perform advanced CNC diagnostics involving servos, controllers, and encoders.
• Build, wire, program, and troubleshoot control panels and systems.
• Perform electrical wiring, soldering, and connector/harness work.
• Complete general mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility repairs.
• Perform welding and brazing for equipment repairs.
• Support equipment including punch presses, tube benders, automated welding centers, swedgers, and other manufacturing machinery.
• Help identify root causes of equipment issues and minimize production downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment repairs and related costs.
