The role covers industrial maintenance, fabrication, hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting, and collaboration with multiple departments to plan improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical design, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of PLCs, ladder logic, and I/O/sensor fault diagnosis.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell or similar industrial control platforms.
• Experience in a continuous line manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in maintenance programs.
• Understand hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to read technical prints.

Responsibilities

• Safely initiate, lead and uphold safety policies and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain facility at the highest level of Safety, Quality and Productivity.
• Perform industrial maintenance and fabrication duties (hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, fabrication, machine installation, preventative maintenance, machining).
• Support plant operations and collaborate with all departments for future needs/improvements.
• Drive continuous improvements in production tracking, process efficiency, and plant automation.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
