Nucor is seeking an Electrician Technician to diagnose and repair components within complex electrical control systems. The role requires PLC navigation, drive configurations, and industrial communications expertise, with willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Minimum qualifications include US work authorization, electrical theory, troubleshooting low voltage systems, PLCs, and 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Fundamental understanding of electrical theory.
• Experience troubleshooting low voltage (<600VAC) motors and controllers.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs, instrumentation, process control devices, and VFDs.
• 3+ years’ industrial electrical maintenance experience.
