Nucor is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in a role focused on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment. You will collaborate with the Maintenance and Production Teams to support operations and drive improvements, utilizing CMMS for work orders and coordination.

Qualifications

Two-year industrial maintenance degree or five years of industrial maintenance experience.
Willingness to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Nucor will not sponsor visa now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment.
Support production teams with process improvements and technical service.
Operate equipment like forklifts and cranes safely, using CMMS for work orders.
