Job summary

Aerotek in Buda, TX is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain production and facility equipment. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, read schematics, and lead designated maintenance activities while coordinating with operators and vendors.

The role requires 3+ years' industrial maintenance experience, knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and VFDs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial maintenance environment.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial maintenance skills.
• Preventive and predictive maintenance techniques applied in production settings.
• Hands-on maintenance experience with bottling and production equipment.
• PLC troubleshooting and basic PLC maintenance tasks.
• Electrical troubleshooting including three‑phase power systems.
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal direction.
• Comfort working in a small team or independently on a weekend shift.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and apply predictive and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Perform diversified maintenance across bottling, machinery and facility systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic).
• Set daily maintenance priorities and respond to issues affecting production schedules.
• Act as a lead on designated maintenance activities and coordinate with operators and vendors.
