Job summary
Ultipro is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Texas to repair, maintain, and rebuild production equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will coordinate with the production team to minimize downtime and respond quickly to repairs.
Qualified candidates have 2–4 years in industrial maintenance, reading electrical/mechanical drawings, and experience with PLCs. OSHA/LOTO safety compliance and strong documentation skills are required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associates degree in electrical or mechanical field preferred.
- 2–4 years in industrial maintenance.
- Experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Direct Logic) preferred.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- English reading/writing required.
- Safety training and LOTO/OSHA compliance.
Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain, and rebuild production equipment.
- Coordinate maintenance with production to minimize downtime.
- Respond to calls to perform repairs.
- Assist with installation of new equipment.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS.
- Read and interpret drawings and electrical schematics.
- Ensure equipment meets safety requirements.
- Follow 6S housekeeping standards.
- Work with contractors as needed.
- Perform additional projects as needed.
