Job summary

Wm. T. Burnett Holding, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and improve mechanical and electrical systems within our manufacturing facility.

The role focuses on uptime and efficiency and requires collaboration with other team members. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial maintenance, experience with CMMS, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Working knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems up to 480V, motors, VFDs, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Experience using CMMS to manage work orders and PMs.
• Welding, fabrication, and machining experience is a plus.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
