Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or technical degree preferred in mechanics, electrical, or computer science.
• Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Experience with maintenance work order systems and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on production equipment and packaging systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, AC/DC drives, and related controls.
• Complete work orders in CMMS with clear documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area per SOPs and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with inventory and parts management for maintenance.
