Qualifications

• Demonstrated maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on with standard power tools and electrical test equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs and 3-phase systems.
• Experience with MIG/TIG welding and machine alignment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment to keep machines running smoothly.
• Develop and refine maintenance procedures for equipment.
• Maintain automation equipment to design standards.
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions and control issues.
• Troubleshoot circuits, repair electrical and pneumatic devices.
• Install equipment to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Use machine data to analyze performance and adjust as needed.
• Read blueprints, schematics and engineering instructions to guide work.
• Work with PLCs and HMIs, including frequency drives programming.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and control systems safely.
