Job summary

Amentum seeks a Production Maintenance Technician in Waukesha, WI to maintain production equipment, troubleshoot complex systems, and support continuous manufacturing operations. You will work on pumps, motors, PLC/CNC machinery, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and conveyors, ensuring safety and reliability.

Typical hours are AWS night shift 6:00pm–6:00am with overtime as needed; the role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional holidays or weekends.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience maintaining industrial production equipment.
• Ability to work in aerial lift or scissor lift up to 30 feet.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot pumps, bearings, blowers, fans, gearboxes, air handlers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and communicate with team and customer.
• Read blueprints and technical manuals and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Operate production machines and tools and document production results.
