Job summary

HTI - Human Technologies, Inc. is hiring Maintenance Technicians for the Spartanburg area. These full-time, direct-hire opportunities offer competitive pay and multiple shift options including 8-hour 1st shift, 12-hour day, and 12-hour night shifts.

Roles cover mechanical, electrical, and multicraft maintenance with pay ranging from $25.00 to $42.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level. Benefits and overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

Experience in industrial maintenance or equipment repair.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with industrial electrical systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment failures.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Troubleshoot motors, sensors, switches, relays, contactors, and other electrical components.
Work with 480V/3-phase electrical systems.
Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Repair and replace bearings, belts, gearboxes, motors, pumps, and other mechanical components.
Troubleshoot VFDs, servo motors, drives, and control systems.
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, including Allen-Bradley systems.
Support robotics, automation, presses, welders, conveyors, and assembly equipment.
Read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and work orders.
Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters, testing equipment, and precision measuring devices.
Complete scheduled and emergency repairs to minimize production downtime.
Document maintenance activities and completed work orders using SAP or other CMMS systems.
Assist with root-cause analysis and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability.
Follow all plant safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
