Job summary

HTI is looking for Maintenance Technicians at Levels I, II, and III to join our manufacturing client in Seneca, SC. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and a two-year technical degree in mechatronics or a related maintenance field.
Industrial maintenance experience appropriate to level I–III.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems up to 480V.
Experience with PLC/CNC troubleshooting preferred at higher levels.
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in a heavy industrial setting.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime and support safe, efficient operations.
Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostic checks, and emergency repairs.
Maintain equipment such as presses, furnaces, ovens, welding machines, conveyors, fans, motors, pumps, and inspection systems.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled and CNC equipment according to your maintenance level.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders.
Identify root causes of equipment failures and repair or replace worn or defective components.
Support equipment moves, installations, plant projects, and continuous improvement activities.
Document completed work and communicate equipment status with maintenance and production teams.
Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures.
