Job summary

HTI - Human Technologies, Inc. in Piedmont, SC seeks a Maintenance Technician to oversee repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities in a high-volume industrial setting. The role supports a transition to a 12-hour night shift, with openings on 2nd and 3rd shift before the change.

Compensation includes up to $32.38/hour DOE plus a $2.00/hour shift differential for off shifts, plus full benefits after 30 days and a strong vacation package.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, without Associate's or techical degree.
• Advanced troubleshooting, mechanical, electrical, and fabrication experience. Ability to train and assist others.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery, equipment, physical structures, and plumbing and electrical systems of an industrial establishment.
• Read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Troubleshoot hydraulics and pneumatics; repair/modify systems; replace bearings, bushings, slides, pumps and motors.
• Troubleshoot and maintain air compressors, chillers, evaporators, and coolant systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair servo amplifiers and motors; understand PLC ladder logic; maintain CNC turning centers and grinders.
