Altium Packaging is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 12hr-D shift in Sparta, Tennessee. The role focuses on repairs and preventive maintenance of blow mold equipment and related plant machinery, while adhering to GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications include basic math, computer skills, pneumatics/hydraulics knowledge, and a High School diploma. Preferred forklift certification and 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance are a plus.

• Fundamental pneumatics and hydraulics understanding.
• Attention to detail is essential for maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on production machinery and equipment.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on blow mold equipment.
• Install, adjust, and repair related machinery and tools.
• Inspect and replace hoses, valves, and pumps as needed.
• Troubleshoot root causes and minimize downtime.
• Operate blow mold or injection machines when required.
• Maintain compliance with GMP and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Lead Technician and Supervisors for tasks.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
