Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Pennsylvania facility. You will perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, plant blow mold equipment, and ensure adherence to GMPs.

The role involves installation, tool changes, hose and valve work, and routine troubleshooting. The position requires basic math, computer skills, pneumatics/hydraulics knowledge, and OSHA forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer and related equipment.
• Perform mold, neck tooling changes, pin and other equipment changes.
• Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses; inspect, rebuild and replace valves and pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all related equipment and keep machines in optimal condition.
• Weld, fabricate and repair various machines and troubleshoot root problems.
