Job summary
Plastinove is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician / Machine Operator to support daily manufacturing operations. This role blends machine operation with facility and equipment maintenance, requiring experience with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and troubleshooting to keep production running efficiently.
This role requires the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with production teams to improve equipment reliability
Qualifications
- Experience operating industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
- Experience with injection molding equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding and related manufacturing equipment.
- Monitor production quality and machine performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
- Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and production runs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work with management to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.
