Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and hand/power tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: Inspect equipment for irregularities, grease bearings, and ensure guards/rollers are in good condition.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Documentation: maintain detailed maintenance logs and service history.
• Safety: ensure compliance with safety protocols and conduct safety checks.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to optimize machine efficiency and reduce wear.
• Spare Parts Management: monitor inventory and coordinate orders.
