You will troubleshoot using schematics, perform electrical diagnostics, and support safety and reliability across the facility.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment, plus CMMS utilization to document work orders and maintenance history.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment, diagnose electrical issues, and perform hydraulic/pneumatic repairs.
• Skilled reading of electrical schematics and blueprints, with safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment using schematics and manuals to identify root causes.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to meet specifications.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics on low/high voltage systems and test with meters.
• Operate scissor lifts safely and read electrical blueprints for repairs.
• Document work orders in CMMS and schedule future tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering on pneumatic system modifications or upgrades.
• Perform welding (stick) to repair or fabricate components as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following high-voltage and industrial safety procedures.
