- Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial mechanical systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to diagnose problems and work independently
- Safety-focused approach to maintenance and repairs
- Dependable, hands‑on attitude with a focus on keeping production running
A Plus If You Have
- PLC troubleshooting experience
- Experience with VFDs, motor controls, or industrial automation
- Maintenance experience in metals manufacturing, coating, steel, or another heavy industrial environment

Why Join Us?
- $20–$25/hour based on experience
- Stable opportunity with an established Northeast Ohio manufacturer
- Variety of electrical, mechanical, welding, hydraulic, and pneumatic work
- Opportunity to use and expand your technical skill set
- Hands‑on role where your work directly impacts production and operations
This isn't a position where you'll spend your day doing the same repair over and over. We're looking for a versatile maintenance professional who enjoys figuring out what went wrong, fixing it correctly, and getting equipment back into production.
