Qualifications

1+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
Welding and fabrication experience.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial mechanical systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to diagnose problems and work independently.
Safety-focused maintenance approach.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment.
Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, controls, relays, sensors, contactors, VFDs, and electrical panels.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
Perform welding repairs (MIG/TIG/STICK) as needed.
Fabricate and repair machine components and guards.
Troubleshoot hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
Repair or replace motors, bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, and fans.
Perform preventive/predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
Assist with equipment installations and improvements.
Respond quickly to equipment failures; complete work orders.
