Job summary

Sedron Technologies in Casco, WI is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our growing circular waste management systems. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a range of industrial equipment, from compressors to pumps, using cranes, forklifts, and rigging as needed.

The ideal candidate has a Journeyman’s card or electro-mechanical degree, 3+ years in industrial maintenance, and solid knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Journeyman’s card in a mechanical trade or electro-mechanical technical degree.
• Three or more years of experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Must understand hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues with a variety of industrial mechanical components.
• Maintain and repair compressors, machinery, forklifts, cranes, boilers, pumps, etc.
• Use cranes, forklifts, man lifts and scissors lifts.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot piping systems.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational processes for a new facility.
• Demonstrate safety, 5S, and HazMat practices.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams of technicians, engineers, and operators.
