Curries, an ASSA ABLOY company, maintains and improves machinery and facility systems at our Mason City, IA manufacturing site. You will troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires a strong mechanical background, welding and fabrication skills, and experience with hydraulics/pneumatics, CMMS, and PLC troubleshooting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3–4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine repair.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs on production machinery.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery, replacing worn components.
• Perform welding, brazing, soldering, drilling, tapping, and metal fabrication.
• Repair and maintain hydraulic systems, including valves, cylinders, and pumps.
• Repair and install machine guards, safety devices, feeding systems, conveyors, and attachments.
• Fabricate and install brackets, tables, stands, safety gates, and other support structures.
• Move and install machinery and production equipment within the facility.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical support and replacement parts.
• Work with Engineering and Operations teams to resolve equipment issues and improve reliability.
• Execute preventive maintenance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance.
