Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations and facility. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with motors, bearings, conveyors, compressors.
Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
Basic understanding of electrical systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable attendance and work ethic.
Experience with powder coating, finishing, or manufacturing operations.
Industrial maintenance/trade background enforced.
Welding and fabrication experience.
Forklift maintenance experience.
Experience using ERP or maintenance tracking system.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, bearings, air compressors, pneumatic systems, curing ovens, ventilation equipment, forklifts, and other manufacturing equipment.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Perform routine inspections to identify potential equipment issues before failures occur.
Complete general facility maintenance including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and building repairs.
Document maintenance activities and completed work orders in the company ERP or maintenance system.
Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.
Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance tools and spare parts.
Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures and safe work practices.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
