Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment. This role supports equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, production uptime, and workplace safety.

The position involves skilled work on CNC machinery, laser cutting, welding, and automated systems, with responsibilities for PM, repairs, and installations, while following lockout/tagout procedures and guiding junior technicians.

Qualifications

Industrial maintenance experience with PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read manuals and schematics and use diagnostic tools.
Strong communication and recordkeeping skills required.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair CNC, laser, welding, and automated systems.
Repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems including bearings, pumps, valves, cylinders.
Troubleshoot basic electrical components using schematics and diagnostic tools.
Perform preventive maintenance and investigate recurring failures.
Assist with installations, relocations, rebuilds, and startup testing.
Maintain facility systems (compressed air, ventilation, fume collection).
Document repairs and coordinate maintenance activities with production.
Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures.
Guide junior Maintenance Technician I as assigned.
