Job summary

You will support production uptime through proactive maintenance, timely repairs, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, inspections, coordinating repairs, and documenting maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of experience in industrial or equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and skilled trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry).
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Experience with preventative maintenance systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Formal training or certifications in mechanical, electrical, or related fields preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Inspect equipment and systems to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Schedule and coordinate repairs with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
• Install mechanical and technical equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications to support production timelines.
• Execute preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment life and optimize performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues; respond quickly to minimize downtime.
• Repair machinery and equipment to maintain production continuity.
• Support production staff in resolving equipment-related issues and returning to full operation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and evaluate production floor conditions for safe equipment use.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including mechanical, electrical, and basic structural repairs.
• Complete repair and rework of EQI and customer components to meet drawings and specifications.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
