Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain equipment and facilities to support continuous operation while adhering to safety standards. You will perform routine preventative maintenance, document it, and assist with repairs as needed.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, electrical and mechanical maintenance skills, and the ability to read technical drawings. You must be able to work holidays, weekends and overtime as needed, and have a High School diploma;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Technical Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of related maintenance experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Industrial mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Electrical experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Complete preventative maintenance documentation.
• Perform safety checks of work areas and equipment.
• Respond to requests for general repairs to equipment and facilities.
• Examine equipment and facilities to determine condition.
• Operate equipment in the execution of duties and refer to manuals.
• Perform electrical work as permitted by safety guidelines.
