Job summary

You will conduct preventive maintenance, replace worn parts, adjust equipment, respond to downtime, fabricate repair parts, manage inventories, and uphold safety standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school preferred.
• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for measurements and material quantities.
• Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations.
• Strong communication skills for interaction across company levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production equipment.
• Replace defective parts and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Measure dimensions with calipers and micrometers; adjust equipment.
• Respond to downtime and communicate maintenance status to production staff.
• Fabricate repair parts using mills, lathes, and drill presses.
• Manage inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work environment.
