Job summary

AMERIBOX PACKAGING LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Calhoun, GA facility. You will maintain packaging machinery, troubleshoot issues, and keep production lines running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial maintenance, solid knowledge of electrical/mechanical/pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and the ability to read schematics. A safety-first mindset and OSHA awareness are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial maintenance or mechanical technician roles.
• Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with PLC systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial packaging machinery and equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system failures
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment issues before downtime
• Repair or replace defective components including motors, conveyors, sensors, and control systems
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and parts inventory records
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize line efficiency
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards
