Job summary

CKS Packaging, Inc is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and experience in a manufacturing environment.

You will perform preventive maintenance, read drawings and manuals, diagnose issues with motors, pumps and conveyors, and collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting; pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to perform basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Welding and fabrication experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility utilities.
• Diagnose issues with motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct basic to intermediate electrical troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, manuals.
• Perform equipment adjustments, changeovers, and improvements to support production goals.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with production team to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
