Job summary

Big 3 Precision Products Inc. is seeking a skilled industrial maintenance technician to install, repair, and monitor machinery in a fast-paced facility. The role requires maintaining safety compliance and quality standards while supporting production uptime.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems, plus basic electrical and CNC knowledge. A high school diploma or GED is required, with advanced technical training preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in industrial maintenance or heavy equipment.
• Advanced understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and CNC equipment.
• Computer literacy and CMMS proficiency preferred.
• Team player with minimal supervision and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct and safe operation of equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and maintain engines, conveyors, electrical systems, CNC machinery, pneumatic tools and hydraulic equipment.
• Identify faulty equipment through observation and testing metrics.
• Source replacement parts and perform repairs.
• Attend daily meetings to prioritize work orders and minimize downtime.
