Job description

Join us as an Industrial Maintenance Technician – Injection Molding Systems

Picture your day: you arrive on the floor and take a quick pulse on the line. A conveyor isn’t behaving—its motor hum sounds off. You diagnose, isolate a worn component, and bring it back to spec. A hydraulic leak on an auxiliary unit? You reseal, test, and return it to service. By midday, preventive work is logged in the PM book, safety checks are complete, and you’ve helped keep unplanned downtime at or under 10%.

What you’ll tackle
  • Own the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of plant machinery, buildings, and grounds—including motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC-driven electrical/electronic systems, conveyors, and injection molding equipment.
  • Use sight, sound, and instruments to pinpoint issues; disassemble mechanisms, verify dimensions, and restore or replace parts to OEM tolerances.
  • Calibrate/adjust controls and instrumentation, then test-run equipment to validate performance.
  • Service electrical equipment and control panels; keep quality-compliant maintenance records up to date.
  • Execute plant-wide equipment safety audits; adhere to OSHA and ANSI procedures.
  • Complete work orders and requisitions with proper approvals; manage parts/tools needed to close out repairs.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on primary and auxiliary assets; tag completed work and document in PM logs.
  • Provide your own toolkit and deliver repairs promptly to minimize line interruptions.
